I never had acne as a teenager or even as an adult before 35. Over the past couple of years, I have developed very severe sores, white dots, large and small, large red "boulders" under the skin.
Do you know how to get rid of these "hills" under the skin? such as changing your diet or over-the-counter drugs?

i know a lot of people have eliminated dairy from their diet and apparently it helped with acne...you could try it and see if it makes a difference?

as I understand it, this makes sense because dairy products have a high glycemic index => insulin release => acne appears

I googled ... here are examples of what you can exclude from your diet:
https://aenoacne.com/blogs/news/food-that-cause-acne
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/hormonal-acne-diet

In short, acne boils down to insulin and inflammation.
1) Limit carbs at every meal.
2) enough olive oil, lots of fish, fish oil supplements

And remember guys to stay active and stress-free!

Hope this helps someone. Good luck to all!

I'd recommend seeing a doctor. That doesn't sound normal, and could be something that needs medical attention.

It could be a hormonal imbalance which is sometimes brought on by food or lifestyle. Reducing dairy and sugar intake can be very helpful. You may find this article helpful about possible underlying health issues.
