Now the Legend movies are getting the Battle Stage treatment, with an all-new eurobeat soundtrack. At least the product description says it will include the character dialogue, so this won't be as half-assed as Battle Stage 3.

I just learned about this today. I will be encoding it, and adding it with the rest of the series in the torrents section.

Am I the only one who dislikes the what looks like 8fps driving animation in this, and the legend movies?

Racing scenes like that can only be so fluid with "traditional" animation (even though it's all digital now anyway), but it is pretty jarring. The Legend movies are weird to me because that would betray an intent to retell the story in an updated but simultaneously more "organic" way, but they removed the eurobeat and overall just made it feel like it took place contemporarily. I've been jaded about the series since the end of Fourth Stage, so it's easy for me to see the movies as milking an already-dead cash cow... so what does that make these Digests?
